I want to own a farm and practice sustainable farming practices like the carbon cowboys found here: https://www.foxnews.com/us/farmers-carbon-cowboys-business-booming-coronavirus

and

https://carboncowboys.org/

I love rain storms and I'm looking to spend up to $600k on a property.

Would love to be around other veterans and hard right people.

I currently work as an engineer and could probably work remotely.

Any recommendations? Currently in Massachusetts.

I want like 8+ kids and I want them to be based and red pilled. Home schooling is very possible.

Interesting. I have about 35 acres in East Texas, currently wooded from my Great Grandfathers farm though my grandmother. It hasn't been worked in years except to harvest timber. You could spend $100,000 for the property, a similar amount to clear it and prepare it for agriculture, get a new survey and fence it. Then build a very nice home and still have about half your money as a nest egg. But it does have an oil well on the property and a few injection sites.

you will be astonished at what $600k can get you down south

I'm hesitant to make a very specific recommendation.... there are countless places from West Virginia to Oklahoma that could suit you

Part of me wants to move to a swing state to bring a few more red votes but the other part of me wants to move to a deep red state so I never have to live under commie rule again.

Thanks, I'll look into Oklahoma and West Virginia.

I just picked those two as points on the geographical spectrum. There's plenty of places just as suitable in between.

When I made a similar decision I asked myself where's the last place in the USA that the baizuo would want to relocate to? Where wouldn't they be caught dead? That's one of several factors that led me to Mississippi. It was probably no higher than 3rd or 4th on my criteria list, but it was on there.
