As much as I hate the idea of innocent people being adversely affected, we really need to drag these de-fund the police vampires out into the sunlight and show them what the world is really like when there are no cops to call. Stay safe everyone!

Thrash me if you want, but I moved here not even thinking about whether our mayor was red or blue. I met my wife here. I found my church here. I have a good-paying job here.

The D Charlotte mayor won 77 to 22 in 2019. You want me to abandon my home? Not yet, man. I will fight the commies one by one for as long as I can.

I had a six figure + paying job working on a trading desk (stock market). 10 years ago my wife and I moved to an unfashionable rural area because I could see this coming. I have worked as a delivery driver for a building company since then and now work as a labourer on a farm in the late summer/fall and part time janitor.

Its not easy but one has to identify their true priorities in life. At least my children are safe...

Have you tried getting a remote job? Working from home is the shit. You can make six figures + working from home in sales.

5
murkdollasign 5 points ago +7 / -2

I'm a sales executive making 85k a year in a rural midwest suburb.

Businesses haven't even been open so being in b2b sales I've just been getting paid to get super high and drunk all day at home shitposting on the internet.

I honestly hate it.

3
QueenMAGA 3 points ago +3 / -0

Where do I apply?

4
Getfuckedcommietrash 4 points ago +4 / -0

Simplyhired.com has a ton of remote job postings. Having sales experience obviously helps. Most pharma and medical sales jobs allow you to work from home depending on the exact thing you are selling.

2
murkdollasign 2 points ago +3 / -1

Fuck pharma literally zero sales skills required

1
QueenMAGA 1 point ago +1 / -0

Thanks Pede, I'll definitely check it out!

2
murkdollasign 2 points ago +3 / -1

Search for:

"outside b2b jobs"

"sales executive"

"sales consultant"

"sales representative"

I would only go into fields that are b2b as they are much more professional and prestigious compared to d2d or retail sales.

I support you Pede, and understand since I lived in blue cities most of my life, but we are at war for the soul of our country. War is not comfortable, and the left is mobilized... our side needs to mobilize as well. There are some hard decisions to be made and we are headed for times of even greater strife before this gets better. God bless you and your family.

12
Capitalism_Fuck_Yeah 12 points ago +12 / -0

Ironically Democrats are turning their homes into warzones while conservative areas are peaceful. They are fighting themselves and gangs. You can't start a war by burning down your own cities and destroying your own factories....

At this point they are busy shooting themselves in the foot, leg, and chest. No point in stopping them right now especially since they are cheering each other on to do it and celebrating while they bleed.

3
unicornpoop 3 points ago +4 / -1

But then they will be given federal aid via our tax money to support all the "victims" and rebuild. We have to secede. Working class America can no longer exist with the 1% or the welfare class.

2
queue-anon 2 points ago +2 / -0

Indeed. People are waking up every day. This is why Trump doesn't interfere with the enemy while they are in the process of destroying themselves. It may seem like we are losing but we are not when it comes to waking people up. Fuck polls. Look at Trump rally numbers. That's the true poll. Wait till you see how many former democrats attended Trump's rally in Tulsa.

Wearyman 34 points ago +34 / -0

Nah, no thrashing. I'm in a similar situation with the blue state I live in. Thankfully I live in the Burbs near the countryside, and am armed. Have food growing in my garden (a real garden, not a badly managed CHAZ plot) and lots of deer nearby. Worst case scenario I can bug out to the family home in the countryside and hang with my folks and the Amish.

13
txladyvoter 13 points ago +14 / -1

A real garden! Good for you!

11
Wearyman 11 points ago +11 / -0

I already have peppers to harvest, because I dug up my pepper plants last fall and potted them in large pots and kept them under grow lights all winter. They are rather "leggy" (I have them supported with trellises) but they are still producing delicious peppers, especially now that they are outdoors again. My peas are flowering and my toms and beans are growing rapidly. The smaller herb garden is producing like crazy already.

8
txladyvoter 8 points ago +9 / -1

I seem to have zero luck with peppers. They start to produce one pepper and then rot. Squash is beginning to show some squash. Tomatoes are doing better.

Enjoy! It is so rewarding to grow your food. And you get to paintbrush pollinate and get to feel productive!

10
Wearyman 10 points ago +10 / -0

Pepper actually require less water than other plants. They are a tropical plant, and are used to long spells with no water. They still need water, just less of it, and more consistently.

For example: I have a pepper plant in a large pot (about a 10 gallon pot, cylindrical, with about a 1 foot opening on top) and I put about 12oz of water in it daily, sometimes 16oz. (1 water bottle) That's all. And they do great. If your peppers are rotting, it's either too cold where you are, or you are over watering.

You might also need better drainage in your soil. Peppers don't like to sit in soggy soil. If you have high-clay content soil that doesn't drain well, try using a raised bed with a gravel base layer under about 1 foot of soil. This will allow the soil to be wet enough to support the peppers, deep enough for a good root system, but the gravel will allow drainage enough to prevent over watering.

Lastly, keep peppers and toms away from each other. They both use the same nutrients out of the soil. never plant a pepper in soil that a tom has been in without either a significant "rest" period or lots of supporting fertilizer and fine ground mulch to replace the missing nutrients.

Good luck!

7
1776-or-1984 7 points ago +7 / -0

I love how this bugout conversation turned into pepper agriculture.

1
Capitalism_Fuck_Yeah 1 point ago +1 / -0

I didn't know you could rip out peppers in the fall and replant next year. How well do they produce/grow the second year?

1
Wearyman 1 point ago +1 / -0

Pretty good. Although the plants will be kind of ugly and need support as they will get big and "leggy" over the winter. They also need to be in a warm place and have VERY good light. (as in, multiple grow light fixtures, not just one) and once you move them back outdoors you will need to make sure they have lots of trellis support so the longer branches don't break off from their own weight. In the wild they tend to grow along the ground, but that ruins the fruit from our perspective.

Do the amish have guns?

20
Wearyman 20 points ago +20 / -0

Yes, actually. Because they love peace, they know they need to be armed. Also, they hunt. (And vote, very consistently, for conservative candidates.) They also have one more key thing: Food, and lots of it, along with copious knowledge on how to grow more. They own and run farms of all kinds and significantly overproduce for the market. My dad has worked with them for years both in his small business and also to barter for goods and services, so he has built up a very good relationship with many of them. Any area with an Amish community will do well in any SHTF situation, as long as the local "English" (non-amish folks like us) are willing to stand shoulder to shoulder with them to defend their farms.

7
fusreedah 7 points ago +7 / -0

I wasn't doubting or anything, just asking sincerely. I'm Aussie so don't know much about them. Cheers pede/mate!

8
Wearyman 8 points ago +8 / -0

0
Zerocool777 0 points ago +1 / -1

1
Wearyman 1 point ago +1 / -0

well, you'll have to give up alcohol. And learn an antique form of German (their bible is written in it) and be very religiously observant. Oh, and the very plain clothes, minimal showers and no internet. Depending on the sub-group you join you might be allowed a cell phone.

I'm thinking it's easier to just be one of their "English" friends. Tolerance and acceptance of a devout lifestyle of someone else is generally easier than full conversion. Especially when that lifestyle is an offshoot of Christianity.

11
DavidBrockShill 11 points ago +11 / -0

He has enough possessions to sell that would be enough to move. Sometimes past mistakes require lots of sacrifice to begin to fix.

12
Pau1F01ey 12 points ago +13 / -1

My friend? He can’t. His grandparents can’t move due to medical issues and he’s in, as he puts it, a bad part of town where he’s damn near the only person to speak English in his apartment. Landlord’s lease won’t allow him to bring a gun into the building so he’s got a knife and baseball bat.

29
Wearyman 29 points ago +29 / -0

He should be violating his lease. Right now being armed is all that matters, especially in a Blue area. Anyone still concerned about trivial matters like lease terms is going to end up dead.

2
Getfuckedcommietrash 2 points ago +3 / -1

This, he sounds like a coward.

2
Block_Helen 2 points ago +2 / -0

The guy that stays with his family in a dangerous place is a coward, and the guy who abandons his family in the dangerous place for a safer retreat is not a coward? Huh.

Or if you were just talking about being armed, yeah, I would get armed even if it's a violation of the lease (though I don't see how a lease could override state law but whatever). Still, if he needs that apartment it's a risk.

20
SwampDrainerLocal911 20 points ago +20 / -0

His landlord does not occupy a seat on the US Supreme Court. He needs a gun.

He needs to think about what's more important, violating his lease, or having someone violate him.

A wole slew of them voted for this shit, for years. Sometimes the only thing you can do is stop shielding idiots from their bad decisions.

7
TheThreeSeashells 7 points ago +7 / -0

I passed the point of caring about them a long time ago. I saw the story about the 75 year-old white woman (Victoria Sims) who was killed by the black guy (Aaron Glee) in Tallahassee the other day because she was out protesting for BLM. I felt not one ounce of remorse for her or for her family. Neither did my wife who is usually a more soft on things like that. After reading her bio, I was surprised she survived 75 years.

If these morons want to purposely put themselves in dangerous situations and support dangerous people, I'm not going to think it's some sort of tragedy when, predictably, something bad happens to them.

Side note: I did a quick search to look up the names of the TWO people he murdered. The other one was a 19 year-old black BLM protester. Almost every headline I came across read similar to this actual one from CBS: "Black Lives Matter protester and 2nd woman found dead in Florida; arrest made." The article treats the 75 year-old woman as, "Oh, yeah, he killed some old white broad, too."

I didn't think I could feel even less sympathy but then I laughed out loud because even after all her virtue signaling, since her murder doesn't work for the Leftist narrative they treated her like a discarded piece of garbage barely warranting a mention.

13
AlphaNathan 13 points ago +13 / -0

Sometimes things have to get worse before they get better.

12
isitpedanticenough 12 points ago +12 / -0

If innocent people are being affected, so be it. They didn't speak up for law and order loud enough because it was uncomfortable. Now, they may find it far more uncomfortable. Perhaps they'll learn to be a little louder next time in defense of the principles we hold dear.

10
Bye-den 10 points ago +10 / -0

But seriously, what if you get a call about a disturbance involving an African-American? Do you want to take that case? Is a very very good chance you will get falsely accused by the deranged district attorney,

5
SwampDrainerLocal911 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yeah, because according to BLM you're racist if you're white and call the police on black people.

OK...........

So if I see a black person getting robbed, beaten, etc I'll just wait and call the coroner. Great logic BLM.

12

Trump will be calling for law and order while dems praise the anarchy and call anyone who wants order restored a racist.

6
ProfessorRomendev 6 points ago +6 / -0

Honestly, the real worry at this point is Trump loosing support cause he’s saying ‘law and order’ but isn’t actually doing shit to stop it.

Yes yes, WE know it’s a strategy to make the dems reel from their garbage policies and rhetoric, but there will be tons of voters who don’t get that.

12
Mrdarkshine 12 points ago +12 / -0

There's really only so much a president can do. Shit has to get really bad to send in the U.S. military in any capacity other than symbolic support of local police. The military's job isn't to police American cities. Their job is to kill people and destroy things.

5
ProfessorRomendev 5 points ago +5 / -0

True, but how many people are going to see his tweets about sending in the national guard and say 'well fucking do it!'

3
incogneato 3 points ago +3 / -0

sending the National Guard is far different from sending in federal troops to impose martial law, fren

2
ProfessorRomendev 2 points ago +2 / -0

If my world is bruning down around me because dem policies and rhetoric made the police take a sick day, I’m not going to care about what the difference is. I’m going to see that everything is on fire and blame everyone in charge, including the president

3
Mrdarkshine 3 points ago +3 / -0

This will be different from riot control. We aren't going to have military service members responding to domestic violence calls or a burglary in progress. Policing has to be done by police.

1
ProfessorRomendev 1 point ago +1 / -0

While true, that won’t be a consolation to the people victimized by this crime wave

9
CuomoisaMassMurderer 9 points ago +11 / -2

You're not seeing the objective. If UN blue helmets are called in to replace the Police, that's the easiest way to implement OWG (One World Government)

Not saying that would be the next step, but don't cooperate with their agenda to cancel the US!

The most we should do is contain the violence to those areas where there is already no rule of law. One way to do that is pay a friendly visit to the local Chief of Police to voice approval. (Assuming we're in a good area that hasn't fallen to the bs) There should be a Nationwide recruitment drive to fill existing job openings for cops with experienced LEOs who quit crazy cities.

8
Friendly_B 8 points ago +8 / -0

I think Blue Helmets ARE their next step. They are fully aware that some of their cities are about to become war zones. If it's not Blue Helmets then it's a federalized Nazi police force the Left will try to build.

7
CuomoisaMassMurderer 7 points ago +7 / -0

This "federal police force" may well effectively be UN blue helmets in disguise. Subject US to the ICC.

Those are just predictable steps. Defending the US Constitution is better!

  2. Calls for defund the police
  3. Police either walk off or are hobbled
  4. Citizens demand order
  5. Communist auto-zones or Nat Guard (depends on politics of governor).

This is how they split up America.

The surveillance state that will replace alot of policing will benefit tech companies. We already have alot of cameras and listening devices in and around our homes. Imagine if they could be used for policing. The groundwork has already been done, because we have seen the test cases already through the court system (fitbit and alexa). As far as how will arrests be made, just imagine if the Boston dynamic robot dog was used in policing like in Fehrenheit 451. You won't need that many humans and the ones in the system will be ultra educated in policing and psycology.

If they eventually decide to chip us, as Bill Gates has talked about, so the surveillence state can be more effective, it would help big pharma and the tech companies that benefit.

It's important that the violence, supported by government, not be allowed to spread.

At some point APD wilk have to tell the public the truth, and when criminals find out there are no police all hell will break loose.

Honestly if there's one building there that should be burnt to the ground it's CNN. Reap what you sow

I've listened to Atlanta police radios and dead silence. Big city near me is active 24/7. Atlanta police radio should not be silent.

1
Mrdarkshine 1 point ago +1 / -0

I was just listening to zone 6 this morning, which is supposedly completely abandoned, and I heard plenty of chatter. Maybe last night was a different story. I generally find when conflicting rumors are flying that the truth is somewhere in the middle.

2
Capitalism_Fuck_Yeah 2 points ago +2 / -0

I was listening to zone 6 last night for an hour around 11pm and dead silence. I heard maybe 3 things said.

I listened to Atlanta zone 6 East for 4 hours last night (midnight EST to 4AM...I was working).

Mostly dead silence but I picked up these interactions:

  1. Someone (cop?) radios dispatch and says guns stolen from a precinct.

  2. Cop sags he sees an “antifa-guard” looking person behind a building.

  3. Lots of checks by dispatch to cop cars who don’t report in. Some do.

  4. A request to dispatch for more resources.

  5. Dispatch requesting more resources and some guy says it’s outside federal boundary or something.

  6. A few break ins, and few drunks.

  7. Cop cars from other zones coming over to assist zone 6.

I am trying to be open-minded, since it’s probably my first time listening to police radio. I read that the line to the dispatcher in unencrypted, and that’s why it’s pissible for us to listen. But other channels are likely encrypted, so who knows what I missed.

I switched a few times to other police radios in the USA who had similar sized zones and only dispatch (no fire, emt chatter), and in those cities it was MUCH more active. I would here something every minute. But with ATL zone 6 East it was nestly dead silence all the time.

I don’t know what to make of it.

As someone that lives in the outskirts of Atlanta... I can't wait for all the police to call in sick. My only problem is going to be choosing which weapon to use. #BluFlu for all you liberal bastards with no guns. #Police>Criminals #FuckBlackCulture

3
ManyDirt 3 points ago +3 / -0

It's a real problem, if it had a home intruder it'd be really tough to decide which gun to use.

Keenesaw Georgia has mandatory gun ownership. It's north-west of Atlanta and was getting major Atlanta crime so they decided to do something about it and made guns mandatory.

I sure hope these latest events are a wake up call to all Police Departments in liberal cities across the nation. Some have kneeled with BLM, posted their support of BLM on social media & have even turned their back on us. They arrested based protestors & not BLM or Antifa in the past.

Look what happened in Berkeley and Portland etc. Didn’t the Police also funnel based protestors right to Antifa at one protest.

I do support the Police & hope they now realize who has their back & who would rather stab them in the back.

If conservatives don't start becoming politically active in a local level, we will keep being overwhelmed. Go to your city council and county commissioners meetings. School boards, too. Take a few with you. They get away with things because no one else shows up.

I tried to get a meeting with my congresswoman a few years back. I wanted to show some figures about gun violence and explain how the fourth and fifth amendments still matter. She was too busy to meet, she was attending a sit in against gun rights in DC...

Getting rid of the police is a major goal of Soros. Personally I'm not happy that he is accomplishing it.

3
RiverFenix 3 points ago +3 / -0

He's not.

The more they advocate their insanity, the more it galvanizes the forces against them.

The police are on our side and don't want to be unemployed any more than you or me. They'll keep doing their job until it's no longer safe to do so (not backed by Government anymore) and they will disperse. But as I keep saying elsewhere - Cops and Soldiers don't suddenly disappear when they take off their uniforms. They'll band together - their families and friends - and will strive to work together in a mutually beneficial way. All any of us can hope for, is to be included in such a tight knit band/community. The other option is [Seattle Autonomous Zone].

We're not seeing a disbanding of ICE, LEO or Military. We're seeing the sides/lines being drawn and people making moves. Expect to see entire units disband and other units double/triple in size/support. The ones who disband aren't gone, they're just joining the ranks of Antifa and the NWO Pedo-cannibals, or making plans to move away to Red city/State.

if 90% of "innocent people" are silent, they are agree with that

Once the police have fully retreated, "protesters" will turn into insurgents and be able to use the cities to organize freely. They will get bold and begin to attack in daylight and in greater numbers, swarming highways and killing commuters.

Welcome to the October revolution.

I suspect Trump is going to let the situation get to the point where these Dem mayors have to beg him for help on national TV, then swoop in with the cavalry.

It sucks for innocent people living there, but they vote for this crap, and it's like Hillary keeps saying, elections matter.

2
incogneato 2 points ago +2 / -0

the point where these Dem mayors have to beg him for help on national TV

The leaders of the ruined cities will never do that. They will abandon their cities first and then run and hide in globalist-funded safe houses.

When the normal people of these cities have had enough and they start demanding help on national TV, then we'll see some action.

Until then, unfortunately, I think these leftist-led cities will be left to fester and become the open sores their leaders are hell-bent on turning them into. The normal people will not learn their lesson until it directly affects them and they finally see what we've been trying to warn them about.

I wish it didn't have to come to that, but sometimes there's just no other way. Trump knows that, too.

I live in Brooklyn, NYC. Libertarians DO exist in NYC but we're pretty much shunted out by the diversity gestapo if we even dare debate our opinions.

Not all of NYC is crazy. Staten Island is a pretty strong Republican and Libertarian stronghold. But anything in the immediate vicinity of Manhattan is fucked.

Now more than ever, I'm considering a gun permit.

2
RiverFenix 2 points ago +2 / -0

Hunting Licence, Fishing licence, gun licence, drivers licence, marriage licence...

When do we stop asking and seeking permission and see licences as notices of intent to the government. Not to be approved, but acknowledged and respected.

1
TheMadManDidItAgain 1 point ago +1 / -0

This shouldn't be something we celebrate. This is one of the last steps in maintaining a civil society. When there are no more cops, there is no more law and order. And without law AND order, there is no civil society.

4
RiverFenix 4 points ago +4 / -0

Cops don't simply disappear when they take off their uniforms and/or don't stand at a street corner taking flak for doing their jobs.

We're quickly approaching a time when citizen soldiers, veterans, police, firefighters etc.. will just be called Americans. They'll be plain clothed, but they're still skilled in their respective occupations and free to move here or there.

You'll find yourself in a shit hole urban hell, or you'll find yourself in a tight knit community where people pull their own weight or they don't survive. These communities will be well armed, well established, law and order will prevail and if you're not from there - you won't be welcomed with open arms. They'll ask where you've been, what you've been doing and the answers you provide better be sufficient.

Look for the pede in the group. Make references. Whether it's a MAGA hat or a remark, we'll know each other in the wild. I wouldn't be too worried - unless you're a Bernie bro who just recently jumped on the trump train, you should be well versed.

4
TheMadManDidItAgain 4 points ago +4 / -0

I've been on the train since 2016. :-)

I'm from Ohio. I have been to the Rocky Mount area which is essentially the moonshine capital of the world. Everywhere I went, I was escorted with a local who was pretty cool. He gave me the inside information, was really awesome being part of that culture. I visited this dive of a hot-dog location, I mean out in the middle of nowhere. My escort told me that people will be looking over their shoulders at me because they know I was not from around there. He said everybody in the place knows each other, and when there is a stranger in town, they all get real quiet and just keep a corner of their eyes on the stranger. I mean, this makes sense coming from a moonshine town where essentially everybody who lives there is connected somehow to moonshining.

I loved it... I didn't even mind them calling me a Yankee. My escort was talking to somebody about "those damn yankees" (who actually was talking about people from the north moving in to their town) and how much of a pain in the ass they were.... then he looked at me and apologized, lol.

I actually loved it. These boys were American to their fucking core. Even though I was a 'yankee', I felt like a brother with them because I knew one thing, they all loved America, and they all hated an overpowerful government.

3
OhLollyLollyPop 3 points ago +3 / -0

If you move to a cop town, it will be few miles outside of a large city. The first thing you should do is hang the US flag. Cops move out to these small town to keep the family out of the cesspool they work in. I lived on a road that had three cop families and a firefighter. All worked in the city about an hour East.

1
RiverFenix 1 point ago +1 / -0

Same thing happens here too, all the RCMP (federal) officers, OPP (provincial) officers and City cops buy property 'outside' of the city for the most part. In places like Rockland Ont it's not uncommon to have 2-3 officers living on your street.

That doesn't however mean that Rockland has no crime - unfortunately 'Mob' type connections exist all over the place and even the best departments will have a few apples who choose to abuse their authority for close/personal relationships. I'm a staunch LEO supporters, but I have no qualms about pointing out a bad one.
