exactly that. The suburbs are pretty much filled with middle middle class to upper middle class and even upper class people. Who don't commit as much petty crime and are the kind of people who don't attack police. They have much more money and that's less crime and the kind of people who generally succeed in the job market are also people who are less predisposed to doing stupid things that attract polic in the first place..
