I knew as soon as we started the designation for “hate crimes”:as a special category of crime that this was a problem. All crime is basically hate crime. Why was a special designation called out for some crimes?

White males, females, juveniles, dogs, cats, fleas, should have a category under this designation to set them apart from ordinary crime.
