Trump didn't pick that loser Roberts. He is another legacy of that idiot George W. Bush. Worst president in my lifetime.

With Roberts, Gorsuch, and Kav...

... I mean, does the Deep State have "the pictures", or what?

Seems like an awful quick "about face" from their entire career on the bench up to the point.

At what point do we put aside the "conspiracy theory" bit and realize we have an ACTUAL DATA SET.

What in the fucking fuck is going on?!

One more election and we may see RGB replaced with a conservative.

A lot of defeatist loser cucks everywhere, including OP.

Shut the fuck up and understand this battle is going to take 8 years, not 4. Gorsuch & Kavanaugh are fine. Not perfect, but obviously conservative.

Vote in November and get Trump in for another 4 years. Posts like these don’t help and make you look stupid and weak.

Trumps picks never swung the court, they were essentially were an even trade out. He would need a third pick to swing it our way and horsing looks like he might be another Roberts.

The court is 4-4 today with Roberts as a deep state controlled swing vote.

Once RBG passes, and Trump nominates her successor, then the court is 5-3 and Roberts' vote no longer matters as outcomes of 6-3 or 5-4 are exactly the same. In other words, the deep state loses their control over Roberts.

THIS is why the left is going bat shit crazy trying to prevent Trump's reelection.

Yeah, we do seem to be losing more and more of America daily.

We have no legitimate Congress, it is broken, cannot do it's sworn job. No Justice Department, DoJ and FBI are broken, corrupt, courts corrupt.

LE agencies around the country, corrupt or neutered. Governors and mayors in many places are corrupt, sanctuary cities and terrorist-supporting politicians refusing their Oaths.

Business is dying, non-corporate small businesses and even some corporate biz, look at Hertz.

An election doesn't fix any of this, even if Trump manages to win, and that ain't a sure thing by any stretch, we will still have roughly half our population determined to destroy America, and they are backed by corrupt government and media.

Pray for Humanity, Evil is still winning in many areas.

They made a difference, Gorsuch is better than anyone on the HRC's list and Kavanaugh is better than Kennedy, it's no Trump's fault that Roberts wants to be the new swing vote. But it's good to remind some of you that you have to vote in November because of that

Just pack the court with actual conservatives, like Clarence Thomas

That's not true at all. There's some setbacks because its an election year but overall, Gorsuch and especially Kavanaugh have delivered.

The problem is we need to target Kagan. I know we all can't stand Roberts but the justice we need to freeze and vilify is Kagan.

yes, I have. I also know they weren't going to take those cases in an election year especially ones like this.

I know it's hard for a lot of people to understand the unwritten rules of our government because our leaders are all liars and give false reasons for everything they do but here it is....The SCOTUS is political and has always been political. It's a myth that they are apolitical and are above being influenced.

The SCOTUS is deliberately not taking tough cases this year because they don't know who is going to win the Presidency and they don't know if a certain person is going to remain on the bench much longer. These are their daily ruminations.

What they are trying to do is stay out of the fray and lay low. I know it doesn't seem that way to us but they are trying to appease both sides.

Yep, the SCOTUS is certainly not living up to their mandate.

The decisions they are reaching are internally incoherent and absurd.

This shows we need a 6-2 or 7-3 majority to actually get them to do the right thing they should have been doing all along.

Oh stop with the hysteria! I know how on edge a lot of solid right wingers are right now but let's not lose our heads!

To make the sweeping necessary changes we need in the courts, we need a 6-3 or 7-2 SCOTUS make up. I'm sorry but no SCOTUS with a 5-4 has ever been much more than a place holder court being all mamby pamby and wishy washy.

The fact is, we need Trump so that we can get to the point were we can make those sweeping changes.

Perspective is important. Knowing limits is important.

In the recent past that's been true since the 1980's when Reagan put Sandra Day O'Connor on the bench, we've had a 5-4 split the entire time. That won't hold if we get another Trump term and get 6-3 or 7-2. Especially if we can impeach Roberts over the FISC violations.
