The court has been activist since RBG and probably before, and with the murder of Scalia they just solidified it.

Roe v. Wade was the final nail. Now the courts are just part of the legislative branch, except the laws they write can't be repealed or overturned by the courts, because we have no courts.

It's amazing that these judges can ignore what's clearly written but then interpret things to give us abortion and gay marriage.

100%. 5 people make the laws in this country. The Legislative and Executive branches are just sideshows.

Where the hell in the constitution does it talk about abortion? That's insane

If baby murder is legal, then what is not legal?

Paying for our own subjugation and destruction at this point.

It's not just legal, it's protected as a constitutional right.

Without Roe v Wade the decision would be left to the individual States.

Currently even if there's a State in which the 99% is against abortion, it's still legal because that's what the constitution supposedly said.
