Without Roe v Wade the decision would be left to the individual States. It's not just legal, it's protected as a constitutional right.
Without Roe v Wade the decision would be left to the individual States.
Currently even if there's a State in which the 99% is against abortion, it's still legal because that's what the constitution supposedly said.
