Lazy judging by nitwits. They are supposed to read the text first. Then, if it is unclear look at intent. Not look at intent behind and decide if text is ok. This change in basic judging under Trump is dangerous. We are only a hair away from guilty until proven innocent. Bless Justice Thomas for his wisdom and reason.
