Roberts already admitted in an interview/statement that he cares more about the appearance of the Court than the actual rulings it makes. I'd sight examples of this, but honestly, I'm just getting burnt out on calling out the BS.
Obamacare ruling (penalty is not a tax, LOL)
DACA ruling (unconstitutional to start, but can't go against Obama)
LGBTQ (and whatever other letters are trendy) rulings
