The tweeter is mistaken, imo. SCOTUS did not rule the Trump admin couldn't rescind. They ruled they could not begin to deport until DACA has been properly rescinded.
Justice Thomas is right about this being a legislative issue. It's a shame Congree is comprised of cowards, except when it come to promoting bills that have no chance of being passed, like term limits or making DC a state.

Yet another immigration issue that the GOP took no action on when they held both houses of Congress.
The founding fathers should have made a non-rescindable amendment that new amendments can only reduce governments power not grow it.
