Thank God I had both parents that are very old school. I like to think I turned out alright. I don't know what went wrong with my generation. Probably all the participation trophies. My dad whipped my ass straight about those trophies.
Spanking children is for parents that can't teach logic and reason.
Just don't send your kids to public school or a catholic private school.
If you don't want to homeschool your kids, make sure they are going to a heavily vetted Christian school and go over their school work with them every day to make sure they aren't getting indoctrinated by marxists. Just because it's a Christian school doesn't mean it's out of the marxist reach.

You are their parents, you can explain to them why what they are doing is wrong, so when they become adults they understand why they should not act badly.
Or you can spank them and once they move out and don't get punished for bad actions they have no reason to not do them since you didn't teach them a basic understanding of right and wrong.
