In defense of the PPB, I have watched live streams of the rioters every night. For a leftist shithole like Portland, the PPB have been handling the protestors up until last night. Prior to last night they shut down the marches usually once midnight came. The mayor stopped them from using tear gas and the LRAD. Those men have been yelled at and harassed for weeks now and they’ve shown good restraint dealing with these commies. I know we would love to see more from them and I believe they would like to do more but it’s the mayor holding them back. This morning they dismantled the Portland autonomous zone.
Rainbow badge or not, these men and women chose to be police in a place that hates the police. They had enough courage and conviction to join. They should show solidarity with the APD and all get sick for the weekend.
