But the Title 7 case ruling sucks. In fact, the whole 1964ish bill sucks balls. Anybody should be able to hire or fire for any reason they want. The real effect the ruling will have is to increase litigation and keep people from having jobs they otherwise would have been hired for.

I support LGBTQ rights to the core of my heart. I would much rather have the burden of proof for discrimination be high and innocent before proven guilty (while banning quotas) with protections over the insanity that we have now...

Most Americans are not bigots at all. The problem is we have these laws because of a few a**holes that make us look bad and then these laws are very tricky to navigate.

I just don’t know what solution we can come up with but this quota and lawsuit system is not working.

I don't support alphabet people rights at all. But I would like people to realize the effects of these laws. If given the choice between two identical candidates to hire, except one has the potential or likelihood of a lawsuit, you are going to pick the low risk one. If you have received a lawsuit, no matter how frivolous, you will never consider a similar candidate again.

Nobody quits their job and is sued because the owner is any of those protected classes, and it works just fine. I am for abolishing the entire law --> more working, less suing. More work for everyone except lawyers.

I would actually be interested in polling people and asking them how things would change if federal anti-discrimination laws were repealed. I hate discrimination but we have it right now with immutable characteristics factoring into hiring decisions.

I support LG rights (and by extension, B), but Ts are mentally ill degenerates.

And anyone who comes after the T is an attention-whoring bandwagoning liberal faggot who isn't oppressed at all, but is just pretending they are.
