I'm not quite black pilled yet. But have you seen what white women are up to lately? Karening, Antifa-ing, and failing miserably in their government jobs. Sorry but NOPE!

but make no mistake, there are some great MAGA woman.

Before calling my comment "dumb" you might want to check your facts.

There is no requirement that a SCOTUS Judge have a law degree. None.

These SCOTUS Judges were never lawyers:

  • Henry Billings Brown
  • Melville Fuller
  • William Henry Moody
  • George Shiras, Jr.
  • Benjamin N. Cardozo
  • Joseph McKenna
  • Stanley Forman Reed
  • Robert H. Jackson
  • James Wilson

And these SCOTUS Judges practiced law at some point in their lives, to varying degrees, but none of these guys went to law school:

  • James F. Byrnes
  • Samuel Chase
  • John Hessin Clarke
  • James Iredell
  • Thomas Johnson

Additionally, there are some 20 justices who only trained to the level of what would, today, be considered an undergraduate criminal justice degree, and not a law degree.

A law degree, or experience as a lawyer is not required to be a SCOTUS.

I was kinda joking in suggesting Candace, but a few non-legal minds that primarily used common sense and morality more than relying upon precedent would be a refreshing change.

The only legal documents that I demand a SCOTUS Judge be familiar with are the Bill of Rights and the US Constitution.

I would LOVE to see one (or two) non lawyers on the court. I doubt it would ever happen, but I think taking the court out of the hands of lawyers exclusively would be a good thing.

Also, every single current SCOTUS Judge went to Harvard or Yale, so some more educationally diversity, with judges from non-elite schools would be nice, too.

Women by their very nature want to appear fair, keyword: appear.

Women are all about appearances even the "based" ones. It is a tough pill to swallow. Women do not belong in the justice system more than they belong in any area where making though decisions is necessary.

I think her best shot was if Ginsburg retired or died last year or earlier this year. When Trump is re-elected and the houses are beefed up, he can choose anyone he wants. She may still get it, but other options become available as well.
