After watching this I don’t feel violated or oppressed, I feel it’s an isolated situation that needs to be investigated properly. Or...should I take to the streets and start burning down local family owned business?
Often times the person who resists arrest and puts up a struggle has an extensive record and knows that they will be going back to the slammer for a very long time and may not get out. They would rather die than go back.
If you mean at the beginning of the video, he is just being sat on by a gorilla and flailing like "ah you're killing me" because she weighs a ton. That is not resisting arrest. The gorilla is trying to kill him not arrest him.
Well, first mistake was letting females be police officers. Terrible idea. But then you've got the total race bias here.

Female officers should be screened for the "Karen Quotient" (actually now "Sheila Quotient for black females). Clearly, this was patently a "Karen" move on the officer's part.
