Yale raised their “quota” on black students w/ less emphasis on grades, and when Justice Thomas applied the interview suggested he wasn’t as smart as his grades would lead to believe. Upon graduation he recalled this:
“ I peeled a fifteen-cent sticker off a package of cigars and stuck it on the frame of my law degree to remind myself of the mistake I'd made by going to Yale. I never did change my mind about its value.”
He didn’t need a leg up or a hand out. Similarly, what my college was and has degraded into; far left, northeastern private school. Equality is just a buzzword for these people, it means nothing to them just like many other words.
