I actually disagree with Crowder on one part - I think Trump is sincerely trying to get stuff done and hold things together, he’s just being incredibly tied down and held back by a Supreme Court that has abandoned following the Constitution along with local leaders that argue he has no influence there (in regards to state laws). He DID send in the National Guard in places like Minneapolis, he IS fighting DACA, he and Pompeii have endlessly told governors to prosecute Antifa. There’s only so much he can do from his seat without becoming, as Crowder put it, a king. The process is slow - especially with the Dems he’s been forced to fight.
I wouldn’t be half surprised that if Trump stepped in and tweeted that he will pardon any sentencing put on the Georgia officer, that Dems would find a way to contort some obscure law to make it look like he’s violating separation of powers and make his pardon void or even cause enough commotion to throw him into defending against another bullshit impeachment.
There are Republicans that drag their feet, not disagreeing on that. But there are many - Trump included - that are fighting very hard (Cruz, Jordan, Gaetz, Ratcliffe, etc.)
I like Crowder, but I’m disagreeing with part of him on this.
