Citizenship should be the metric for voting, owning property, and the ability to own a business.

Birthright citizenship should end - for everybody. When you gain the age of majority you should then be eligible for a rigorous test on The Constitution and the history of the United States. Assuming you pass that, then you can be granted citizenship.
