I cannot even fathom how anyone would not expect a police officer to kill a man that stole his taser and attempted to use it on them. Our country will be ruined if people keep allowing this kind of thing to happen.

Key point: it was his partner's taser, no way he could have known. 1.6 seconds from firing the taser to authorized use of deadly force.

It's all on video, you can see him fight with police to avoid getting arrested, then run away, turn and shoot at one of the cops with the taser before getting shot.

There is no way the cop wouldn't have reverted to his training and survival skills after seeing a 15,000 Volt wire being aimed at him.
An ambulance first would have given this guy one more day to live, but he would have probably done the same thing again the next night.
