CNBC's Arjun Kharpal wrote an article about Trump Tweeting the meme video with the two toddlers. Kharpal then wrote the following in an attempt to be clever.
"The video concludes with text that says “America is not the problem” and a separate caption says “fake news is.” The irony is that this particular video was doctored."
Apparently Kharpal has never heard of a meme or satire before. A video is not considered "doctored" if it's clearly meant as satire. Does Kharpal think every everything he sees on Saturday Night Live is "doctored". No, it's called satire and everyone but him seems to realize that simple fact.
Make sure to Twee to this clown Arjun Kharpal that if he can't spot obvious satire, he probably shouldn't be a journalist.
