Twitter is a major part of the world now. just because it wasn't around when you were young and now you're scared of it doesn't mean that it's not important

Facebook has 1.5 billion users. way more people than watch Fox News. but you seem to like watching Fox News but not using Facebook

I get it. these things weren't around when you were young. And so they're new to you. And old people are scared of new things. They always are. your parents were scared of rock and roll. their parents were scared of the radio. their parents were scared of the cotton gin. And their parents were scared of the printing press..

every generation has its old people who are scared of whatever the newest invention is..

and every generation sees those old people trying desperately and in vain to go back to "the way things were""

because every generation the one thing the old people can't understand is that th world moves forward. And you have to move forward with it. it's not going to move backwards for you. it's not going to undo progress because you're scared of new things and you are scared of change..

every generation the old people have a choice. either get on board and move forward with the world or get left behind

and unfortunately every generation the majority of the old people choose to get left behind. And that's when you see them start to get bitter and start lashing out at "those young whippersnappers" that just dont understand things. no. Gunderson understand things better than you do. They understand the world the way it became not the world the way it was in the 50s

you old people choose not to understand the world anymore and then you get mad that the young people have a different view of the world after it changedd

you refuse to participate in new things because you're scared of new things. you refuse to believe that companies like Twitter or Facebook have any influence or any users at all even though every statistic and research project shows that they have pretty much the majority influence and more people use their products than any other productt..

but you don't want to believe it. you can't bring yourself to accept reality..

you got left behind and you don't want to catch upp

and that's fine. every generation has its old people that do that. And it always seems to work out after they die off..

the problem is that the Republican party's strategy was a failed one. They put all their eggs in one basket by basically pandering to get the old people vote exclusively

at the expense of getting the young people votee

and that means you have a party of basically 90% old people who don't even understand correctly how the internet even works and can't move forward. so you basically have an outdated party with outdated people.

meanwhile the Democrat Party spent most of its energy pandering to young people. so they have all the tech entrepreneurs and computer people and artistic Photoshop experts and video editors and film cinematographers..

pretty much all the things necessary to run a successful campaign in aa digital age

Republicans have old people with arthritis sitting in an easy chair yelling at the TV with Fox News onn

you can see how that's a recipe for failure..

and you can see where the Republican party needs to fix the problems. And we see this in real time. The old people that ran the party had 40 years to fix things and they only made things worse. younger millennials like Candace Owens Charlie Kirk Milo yiannopoulos etc did in 2 years with the old people couldn't do in 40 years. In two years he had Candace Owens making more progress for the Republican party than a bunch of boomers did for 40 year

but old people don't like to give up. they're too stuck in their ways even though you can't teach an old dog new tricks..

I'd rather go with the people who have a proven track record of success (millenials like candace owens) versus the people with a proven track record of failure (boomer Republicans))

unfortunately they're too stuck in their ways to accept new things. so millennials are kind of just stuck waiting for the boomers to die out or at least get. too old to vote
