Just about all last week I made a point to stay off Twitter and any news/ social media in general and my mood was so much better. Even the GF noticed a difference in my mood. I’ve noticed this cancel culture trend that’s going on that the Democrats seem to love and I can’t help but notice the Republicans are doing it too. For instance chick-fil-a. You know good and damn well psychos will be calling in to that company threatening them with whatever. It’s no different.

I bring up current event going on I see on here and twitter to my other Trump supporter friends and they are usually shocked at what I show them or they just don’t want to hear it. They’re grown adults that just don’t have time for this crap and I can appreciate that. They seem way happier this way as well. It’s truly nothing but negativity.

Spending more time with real people and less with electronic people is usually a mood improver for me

I don't use Social Media or watch any MSM at all. Don't even have cable TV. Had Facebook about 10yrs ago, deleted it because it's trash and I see no value in it. Had Instagram for a short time, didn't see any value in it. When the hardcore left takes over, they will use all those platforms against you.
