There may be a good reason for this, the curfew may be for everyone's safety. It could be that the Mayor is acting upon knowledge of a terrorist threat either from the left or some deranged people against crowds of trump supporters.

Maybe someone can play the legal devil's advocate. But, is the burden of proof not on him? If you make a claim "this is loitering, not assembly, and breaks the curfew" it is his duty to support that argument. The, make a claim and back it up later in court even though it will get thrown out and be too late to mean anything, strategy is complete trash.
The mayor does not have a valid argument. To turn it around on him, assembe anyway, ahead of time (as has been done at almost every Trump rally to date), potentially dealing with a legal respond at a later date knowing that it is unconstitutional and that the Mayor has nothing backing him.
Conservatives can not keep getting walked on because we want to "take the high road" and follow every government order, especially when the order is purely political in nature. We are not the side who ignores these directions and proceeds to defy the constitution and destroy tens of millions in property and thousands of lives.
We have the God given right to assemble, a curfew ordered specifically to prevent our support of our president, is beyond asinine. Especially without a valid argument supporting the order. Baseless and weak.
