What’s a “social media?”

It sounds like brain rot.

10
sfluke8 10 points ago +10 / -0

It's short for socialist media I think

2

That's some social distancing I can get behind.

Social media as we know is in it's early teens. The internet is in their 40s and smart phones gave the internet terminal cancer

Thanks, I needed that laugh at hard truth.

Saying we don’t know social media means it doesn’t affect our lives my brother. (It’s humor.)

There were bulletin boards. People would post a message; others would reply, back and forth. There were also text based online games that were technically multiplayer.

You could still create a profile, on many BBSes. There were message threads, chat rooms, and games.

This poll wants your contact info. I downloaded the Official Trump Campaign app, which also required contact info, and was bombarded by text’s requesting donations for the next two weeks. I’ll pass on this poll. JoePedo is already finished anyway.

Same here. I provide my info as little as possible. So I did not take the poll. I'll vote for sure, as well as my family members.

3
Mr_Clit_Beastwood 3 points ago +3 / -0

That's why they're trying so hard not to have them. If they do, Joepedo will get all of the questions weeks in advance and even after intensive training, it will be a bloodbath.

2
Aquamine-Amarine 2 points ago +2 / -0

Even if they do give him all the questions beforehand, that senile old fuck is going to forgot them all.

svartchimpans 7 points ago +7 / -0

Yes. His brother died in his early 40s due to alcoholism induced heart attack.

2
CaptainQuip 2 points ago +2 / -0

And now the dead brother's daughter Mary, is releasing a smarmy tell-all book! Wonder who got to her....

2
svartchimpans 2 points ago +2 / -0

Nobody got to her. She is bitter because Trump's dad (her granddad) left his fortune to Trump and barely gave her anything. Long family feud with her suing about the will and shit. She lost. Now she works as some kinda new age spirit life coach, telling people how to find happiness, kek. Ironic, coming from a bitter cunt. But hey, she finally realized that she can just write a fiction-book and get rich by using gullible Leftists. Cool. Yay capitalism!

2
CaptainQuip 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thanks for the info, I just heard about it and haven't had a chance to dig deeper. She sure does sound like a lefty. And it wouldn't surprise me (especially since she lost out on the inheritance) if she's getting a pay-out through a money-laundering book deal. It's how they seem to roll.

Really.

3
RiverFenix 3 points ago +3 / -0

There are people who jumped on the Trump Train really late and don't know juicy facts like the ones you present.

It boggled my mind how many former Bernie Bros think releasing 'non-violent' criminals, legalizing weed or giving amnesty to DREAMERS is going to help secure Trump's victory. He's not going to give an inch to the Left for some of their votes. He doesn't need them - he has principles.

3
deleted 3 points ago +3 / -0

RiverFenix 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yep - I hear you.

As a Canadian, it's really easy to spot them because they're more socialist-leaning than me which is hard to do (because of my naturalized brainwashing). As long as you're consistent, and recognize POTUS is consistent, you'll have no issues spotting shills and decepticons.

Build the Wall Two-tier Healthcare System Deport Illegals Bring the Military home Roaring economy/good trade deals etc etc

Today they'll be saying we need to legalize weed, and when they have that they'll just move onto the next drug they insist we need to legalize.

4
booblitchutz 4 points ago +4 / -0

Exactly. As a meth head their opinion on legalization of meth. They’ll throw up the same arguments.

3
booblitchutz 3 points ago +3 / -0

The states that have legalized also have mysteriously grown armies of deranged leftists to control. Hmmm

2
RighteousViolence1 2 points ago +3 / -1

I used to love getting stoned. But weed was always bad for me. It didn’t matter what kind smoked (up or down) I went down and my brain basically shut off. I could play video games and eat like a champion though. So not really real world applicable. And waking up and getting out of bed the next morning was like herding all Karen’s cats.

I could care less if other people get high as long as it doesn’t become my problem. It should not be a scheduled 1, though. That’s ridiculous.

2
booblitchutz 2 points ago +2 / -0

I smoked for too long. Like daily for about 10 years. I always had a roof over my head, always had a job, always had food.

But I also spent 10 years basically running in place. Looking back on it, it’s my biggest regret that those years set me back so much in life. I had to start a new career in my 30s surrounded by people 10 years younger than me. It was kinda humiliating.

I could have been starting a career, starting my family, being productive but instead I whiled away those years with my head up my ass.

It’s awful, but I know many drug stories are much much worse so I’m pretty grateful I didn’t fuck up more than I did.

4
RighteousViolence1 4 points ago +4 / -0

Are you me? I did the same thing. Really wish I would have never smoked. I grew up in ca and started smoking that banging cali bud at 16 several times a day and didn’t stop for about 10 years. I think smoking before my brain was fully developed was a huge mistake. I basically have zero short term memory. It’s embarrassing often

4
booblitchutz 4 points ago +4 / -0

I try to explain this to people here all the time, but nobody wants me to poke their monkey.

To be fair, when I was in it, I would defend pot as “harmless” and “not addictive” until I was red in the face. It really was one of the only things I’d get really worked up about.

It took about a full year of not smoking before I started to even recognize the grip it had on me. It’s pretty insidious.

2
SwampDrainerLocal911 2 points ago +2 / -0

Every conversation I've had with a weed smoker has resulted in an apocalyptic chimp-out on their part. It's almost like this reaction was engineered into it by the overlords pushing on to everyone.

1
booblitchutz 1 point ago +1 / -0

Nobody likes to have their monkey poked, I guess

2
SwampDrainerLocal911 2 points ago +2 / -0

Lol, very, very true.

People should be able to make their own decisions, however people are the problem. I'd agree with Schedule 1 being a problem for weed if we were talking 1970s potency.

The government is the drug dealer in this situation, with their entire goal being to cut their customer off unless they get down on their knees in the voting booth and pull the lever with (D) beside it.

1
IcculusBased9 1 point ago +3 / -2

It's a cash crop, though, and will introduce hundreds of millions of dollars into leftist blue state economies. Its a tough call.

1
SwampDrainerLocal911 1 point ago +2 / -1

Leftist blue economies should practice living within their means vs. taxing the devil's lettuce.

2
IcculusBased9 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's not gonna happen.

You are still playing within the rules. He would get zero credit for this. He would also get zero positive coverage for this. Then the released criminals would vote democrat.

3
RiverFenix 3 points ago +3 / -0

You realize some REALLY bad people don't necessarily get caught murdering and raping, but were caught doing a Break & Enter, or bank fraud. Not all 'non-violent' criminals should be back out on the streets. That's a bad idea.

I think your intent was "release all those in prison under possession of marijuana charges"

Drug dealing is still bad - even if it's 'just weed'..

ouvrez_les_yeux 2 points ago +2 / -0

Is looting a non-violent offense? What should be the punishment then, if not jail time?

2
SwampDrainerLocal911 2 points ago +2 / -0

Theft of products, is theft of a man's time which is theft of his life. We all choose to give up part of our lives to earn a living, in order to enjoy the fruits of our labor in our free time. Don't steal from other's lives.

2
ouvrez_les_yeux 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah, I know that. But the suggestion by DipteraYarrow to release all non-violent offenders made me think of places like California, where they won't even arrest someone for shoplifting, what is it, up to $950 worth of stuff. There has to be some deterrent to theft, if not jail time, then what?
