The Supreme Court asked us to resubmit on DACA, nothing was lost or won. They “punted”, much like in a football game (where hopefully they would stand for our great American Flag). We will be submitting enhanced papers shortly in order to properly fulfil the Supreme Court’s..... (twitter.com)

It got ruled against on a technicality, but what "rule" or procedure is going to suddenly convince the lib judges that a president cant rescind a previous president's EO? Roberts didnt argue that. Is this what Soto was talking about? Would she actually flip the decision if the Trump administration "asked properly"?
