The Supreme Court asked us to resubmit on DACA, nothing was lost or won. They “punted”, much like in a football game (where hopefully they would stand for our great American Flag). We will be submitting enhanced papers shortly in order to properly fulfil the Supreme Court’s..... (twitter.com)

The other side wins by delaying. I would not be surprised if they find another "technicality". Roberts probably does not want to go down in history ruling for DACA, for whatever legacy he considers himself as SC justice or maybe he just knows its indefensible. He will punt it again.

Indefensible rulings aren't really a problem for Roberts - ie. Obamacare.
