Sigh ok here we go, my comment is not strictly in response to what you wrote more how you wrote it, you were writing it as if the example person was the first commenter, who by her own statement that doing it with a woman would make her gay makes her a woman. So Based on your example here she would be straight or doing a straight act in any case.
