I've been thinking about this for awhile, but since I'm just some schmuck in GA, I've kept it to cigar sessions with family.

The Silent Majority phrase is destructive. On the one hand, I see the benefits of encouraging the avg American that they are not alone. The double edged sword is this: it disincentives fighting back. In the minds of so many, the thought process is that the silent majority will take care of everything, there is nothing I need to do. I am extremely guilty of this line of thinking as well.

We need to stop being the silent majority and be the outspoken majority.

"From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has forcefully advanced, and the strong take it by force." (Matthew 11:12)

Ultimately, Votes are all that matter.

There are a great number of us in the "silent majority" that cannot speak out publicly.

I for one would would suffer property damage at best, and at worst physical violence against myself and my family.

Here, hang on to this Fuck Off. I may be back for it later.

On the serious side... I have already suffered everything I said in my first post multiple times. I am not putting my family in any further danger, so my second statement stands. Fuck Off.

I agree there is a powerful force when speaking truth. From scripture: The truth will set you free (John 8:32). President Trump often bluntly speaks truth (sometimes clumsily) and that’s why I admire him! Let’s indeed begin speaking forcefully! The Outspoken Majority!

We need to organize. People need to form groups (free of social media) of like-minded individuals. Nothing violent... just louder and safer to be in large numbers.

WINNERS Speak Up! Anyone making excuses to stay silent might as well be a liberal cuck.

Personally, I don't foist my views upon others as the left seem to love to do. However, when a political topic comes up (and they love to bring them up), I don't hesitate to express my view. It's actually kind of fun to see their surprise that someone is not of the hive-mind. And even better to watch them squirm and change the subject when you bring up those pesky facts that contradict what facebook told them.

Complicity-even among church people in Germany-led to Hitler’s rise.

The silent majority in Russia opposed communism in 1920. They soon found themselves much more perminantly silenced.

Silent Majority is a fairly accurate description of most Americans. Because most Americans simply want to live their lives through their own protected pursuit of happiness without 1) anyone (especially government or their neighbors) telling them how to live, and 2) without telling anyone else (especially their neighbors) how to live.

The Silent Majority thought the people they elected were supposed to work on their behalf. Not against them. Because that’s the way it’s supposed to work.

Personally, I want to return (progress?) to a time when way more people are silent (read: Shut Up Social Media Trollls!) and simply live out their best lives without telling the rest of us what to think.

So, if you don’t like being considered Silent, then don’t be silent. But dissing people who just want to be free of harassment and improve their own lives in peace, that just seems rude and annoying.
