This guy is a champ, basically says that the majority totally fucked up by relying on the first justification memo but ignoring the second one, and says he expects that a resubmit of that 2nd memo would be enough for it to stick. Thinking about this and the Supreme Court ruling is a great campaign opportunity for Trump. Trump was elected a large part because of his stance on illegal immigration. Trump signed the DACA order day 1 of his presidency. He kept his promise. However, the Democrats and the Supreme Court kept the executive order from happening. He kept his promise to the base, this will just fire up the base even more! Rush is right - landslide!
Everyone is bashing Roberts here, but perhaps the ruling opinion was a clever way to tell Trump what not to do next time when repealing DACA.
