Please point me to any information anywhere that connects the name "Project Odin" to Parscale or the Trump campaign. I'm a pretty good internet searcher and I can't find it. And I'm not surprised, because I really doubt the Trump campaign would use that name. "Project Odin" is described by @CodeMonkeyZ as an anti-deplatforming tool, which is completely different from what Parscale is describing in the video clip.

Anti-deplatforming concept would allow Trump team to avoid the blackout and communicate without concern or censorship.
Trump Team would not have named the Project. Code Monkey would have. Team Trump would be the client paying for the deliverable.
