they then printed 500-700 (which is not all of all of the Republicans ballots) of the republican ballots with a "republican" label in the top right but a list of Democrat choices to vote for
they claim it was a printing error, without explaining why only a portion of the ballots have the wrong graphics. Or how it is even possible to change the approved PDF files into something totally different before printing.
printer errors don't fucking rearrange documents and change text in a way that benefits democrats.

Don't ya know? The PDF document got confused with all the 01001010011's and something in the dot matrix got screwed up leading to a processing error that cause the printer to print a wrong label.
