I used to use an app called 2nd vote that rated businesses based on their stances/donations, but they changed it so you have to pay a subscription to view the info now.

Go to your local business and donate to them. Find a small time farmer and help them out.

Sorry to burst your bubble but corporations are not on our side.

You don't need a list. Support small businesses in your local area.

There are some products that you can't do with out, such as laundry detergent or even toothpaste. But if you do your budget you'll find that you actually spend a fairly small amount of money on these products.

The majority of your money goes to rent. You can have an effect there by moving into more conservative areas.

The second highest thing you spend money on is likely food. This is where you should focus your attention. Stop eating fast food. Shop locally and support local growers and small businesses.

Entertainment? It's propaganda you pay for. Cut as much of it out of your budget as possible.

Do your budget. See where your money is going. Make changes to give less money and power to those who do not support your values.
