Beshear is shady af. He is beloved (mostly by women) because he is young and not bad looking and they liked his daily pressers.
He is definitely one of those Democrats who will try to push vote by mail.
He was only elected because Bevin was a fucking terrible candidate.
Edit: after reading it seems mostly limited to Lousiville and they are vast majority democrat so when they get the wrong ballot its hard to care.
