He's one of the bigger jerkoffs in modern American politics I'm amazed more people didn't see it earlier. Let's not forget the frequent skinny dipping and exposing himself to female secret service agents in his detail.

Ewww. I had forgotten about that. Thanks...I guess?

I never liked him - too arrogant, grinning and fake-winking & finger-pointing at imaginary people in the audience and "Joe Cool" for me. Seemed like he was stuck on himself.

I cannot abide a fake man any more than I can a vain one. A man who's both is nauseating.

Amen to that. Vanity in politics makes sense to a degree as does some fakeness (or nimble navigation) but way too many Democrats are clearly both. Remember Paul Begala? The fact that anyone could listen to him for more than 5 seconds and not get major douche chills was always astonishing to me. Terry McCaulliffe is another real peach although a good measure slicker than Paul.

The "third way" Democrats (Clintonites) were basically the RINOs of the 90s, feigning centrism when really just being politically saavy. They're all pretty much creeps.

Yeah, you're right on all counts.

McAuliffe is all up in Biden's campaign now & planning to run for governor again. I hope he loses.

I'd forgotten about Begala, so I checked to see what he's doing now and - who'd have ever guessed - he's a CNN pundit these days. That explains why I haven't seen his fugly mug in 20 years.
