They've tried this before, I remember a story where there was a Marxist coffee shop set up in one of their strongholds where they let the employees set their own schedules. It went out of business incredibly quickly.

Reminds me of the Panera bread location where the new menu price was “what ever you could afford...”

It also went out of business.
