Not sure how reliable the "facts" are in this article... Guy was right handed and supposedly had a crippled left. One cop says left hand was empty, shooter cop saw gun in left hand. Gun found dropped on ground afterwards. The article sure makes it sound like it's being implied the gun was "planted" afterwards. I default side with police, but this at least sounds like there's a slim possibility of fuckery. Most other cases lately it's clear-cut the cops shouldn't be charged.
