No, because you're allowed to think and feel how you want. You want to hate black people? That's your right. You want to say bad things about black people? That's your right. Unless you actively harm harm them due to racism, there is no harm.

That being said, are you racist or prejudiced? There's a huge difference. If you dislike a person for no other reason than he has black skin, you are racist. If you are weary of a person with black skin because of what others with black skin do you are prejudiced.
