I grew up in the church and on a fundamental level I have always believed that I have a soul, as well as having a Christian based moral compass. Later in life after high school I was introduced to the counter culture where I experimented first with marijuana. This in my experience helped me with serious panic attacks/anxiety that I struggled with on a daily basis. At this time I realize that everything I had been told didn’t add up - DARE and the war on drugs no longer seemed to accurately portray the world around me. Simply because something I was told to just say no to brought positivity and growth to my life. Later I experimented with psychedelics which reaffirmed to me that there is more to this reality than the physical- I was able to conceptualize in ways I had not been able to before that I was in fact a multi dimensional being - I, like all of you, has a soul that is linked to this flesh. Since then I have come full circle back to the faith through my experience, research, and understanding over time. There most certainly Is a God . There is a battle raging within us and all around . We have free will - we must choose between the tree of life and knowledge, the right hand or left hand path, or simply embrace the positive or negative in any given moment, thought, or situation. The current political paradigm as well as current events has reinforced this idea of an over-arching battle of good versus evil. It is up to each of us to arrive at our own conclusions in regards to this life and existence as God intended. I know what I believe and wanted to share - I believe in God , Jesus, and everlasting life through the son and I hope that y’all see it too. Much love 💚.
