At this point, it is obvious that far-left wokeness is a religious cult. It has a central ideology, accepted behaviors and practices (political correctness), blasphemy laws (hate legislation), heresy laws (cancel culture), etc.
The cult has stealthily infiltrated our culture over the last few decades, little by little. It is currently engaged in a full-blown jihad, violently imposing itself on every aspect of society, purging unbelievers, re-writing history, and forcing the masses to bend the knee or face the consequences of apostasy.
If a company or organization employs a 'diversity officer', or any similar Cult of Woke enforcer, it is no different to a company having a bishop, rabbi, or imam imposing their ideology on the whole organization. Such organizations are deeply religious.
If an employee is sacked because he/she doesn't adhere to woke ideology, is that not the same as being sacked on RELIGIOUS grounds? As Americans, we are free, we cannot be forced to practice a religion, and we cannot be sacked on the grounds of NOT practicing a religion either.
This cult needs to be formally, legally defined as a religion, then we can start treating it accordingly and suing en masse against any employment practices (e.g. dismissals, mandatory sensitivity training, affirmative action, etc.) or social media deplatformings that occur as a result of woke ideology in any form. These are forms of religious persecution by cult-members against non-believers, and nothing else.
We also need to root it out of all government and public institutions -- separation of church and state. The Cult of Woke needs to be treated just like any other religion. The only reason it seems to have special powers at the moment is that it hasn't been properly defined as a religion yet, and therefore it has escaped being treated appropriately.
Yep - the very existence of a 'diversity and inclusion department' is entirely religious. It serves no business function whatsoever, only pushing an ideology.
