The idea (which is dumb af when you think about it) occured to me with the last of us part II.
If I buy the game brand new, I will count as a sale and fund the company that has made the controversy recently (why does Elly HAS to be gay seriously)
On the other hand, buying a second hand copy will save me money, the guy who sells it will get a "refund", and the company can go fuck itself.
If like me you were oblivious to that, here is my reminder to you, hope it's not "shady" !

Especially Apple products - always purchase them second hand if you must have them. You will save substantially on their (way) overpriced products and they will not profit directly from your purchase.
That’s mostly what I do. I have a thing about not supporting Chinese hardware manufacturers. I’ll buy Taiwanese hardware as long as the company isn’t Chinese owned. If there’s something I need that comes from a Chinese manufacturer I buy secondhand off eBay.

I really liked the first story and want to know how it ends, it was seven years ago and all this PC bullshit was non existent back then (well less obvious than today)

Wizards Of The Coast is now on my do not buy list, after canceling their lesbian artist for subscribing to some “conservative” twitter accounts. My problem is my son is a gamer. So secondhand only from now on.
