It is a service truck, parked far on private property, with the side bin doors open, for which to grab all the tools and material needed to do the job. At most we are 120 seconds away from returning to the truck to grab more tools.
It wasn’t on a street, in the open, or otherwise. It’s physically impossible for me and my apprentice to coordinate locking of doors in that scenario.
We are there to make neighborhoods great and have never had a problem. Everyone loves us. Not these bean merchants tho.
