See this is the problem with everyone flashing these numbers everywhere. This chart is apparently the number hospitalizations due to covid. Someone supposedly testing as positive for the virus most likely won't be hospitalized. So they can still say there is a supposed spike in cases.
I don't believe the numbers of cases and deaths the news puts up every day are true at all.
We are seeing a spike in new CASES because places are opening and some of them require people to get tested.
We are NOT seeing an increase in hospitalizations or deaths, which is the only important metric.

Any body who is honest will admit that the data is completely corrupted and ain't worth the gigabytes they were allocated to.
