CNN has affiliates in nearly every country and everything you see them do here at home, they are doing for the planet. The narrative reaches far and wide.
WaPo used to be fairly widely acknowledged as the CIA mouthpiece within the US, but I don't know if this still holds true.
Honestly, I wouldn't have thought CNN because they aren't that stupid or useless, but... If the past few years have taught me anything, it's that our three-letter agencies are staffed almost entirely by abject retards.
So yeah, I guess that the CIA would invest millions into a channel that only a few retirees and school teachers watch. (Their "reach" is almost entirely in airports and on CNN international: they're incredibly unpopular in the US.)
