I think if the rallies continue and there are more and more images of packed arenas without the ‘muh second wave’ numbers that are being pushed, more large crowd events (sports, concerts, churches) will feel safer about opening up and states will have a hard time keeping those rules in tact.
If people can safely pack into an arena for a rally, they can go to watch a game or see a concert.
Also, remember that Trump has a greater control of the news cycle as the frequency of the rallies increases.
People won't put up with that. There will eventually be too many to account for and the state will have to say "fuck it".

Right. I try to tell as and it likely applies to other states: when az reports deaths, it idoesnt mean for that day. Yesterday was 40 deaths but that includes any historical tests that got confirmed. They are reporting 3k cases a day but the death count has averaged around 20 a day since April!
