They don’t even let reviews of video games be real when they have skin in the game, like Last of Us 2. It’s so fucking creepy that they won’t even allow criticism of video games to be legit. Sony threatened to blacklist anyone that criticized it and was suing people for months when employees tried leaking that they took a big SJW shit all over it.

It’s just a video game, and they're afraid of what people think of it.

It’s not that they’re afraid of what people think. It’s a tactic. When you force people to repeat things they know aren’t true, you gain power over them.

They know exactly what the public reaction to things like TLOU2, Ghostbusters Chick sedition, and The Last Jedi will be. They’re not that dumb. But by releasing it and then using their control of the media to bully everyone into saying it’s stunning, brave, hilarious, or whatever, they increase the amount of control they have over society. It’s a tactic and they’ve been doing it for decades.

They are shifting the Overton window with this bullshit

I think it'd be funny to have a game where the hero is a straight white man who gets to hunt any of the lefts Intersectional protected group for sport. In fact, the higher on the oppression Olympics hierarchy, the more points you get.

It’d be nice to have a realistic take on a zombie apocalypse where the second it happened, everybody stopped carry about bullshit and nonsense because the world fucking ended. There’d be a movement to consider the zombies as ‘people’ with rights that would quickly result in their ranks growing as they ate their supporters. Anyone without practical worth was instantly left behind to fend for themselves. Obesity epidemic solved because there’s not enough food to be fat anymore and about all you could do was be physical. There would be no time to be trans because everyone would have real problems now.

“But mommy, I want to wear a dress!” “Who the fuck cares, Bobby? Pick up that gun and let’s get on ‘nyow.”

That makes me LOL about the current Walking Dead seasons, there are fat lesbians everywhere, and they are in charge of most of the factions.

Yeah if I lived then, first ones I'd kill are the fat lesbians

Doom Eternal has a lite version of this, with the biggest megacorp outright propagandizing the demonic invasion as a positive change, even so much as insisting that the demons be referred to as “mortally challenged.”

Needless to say, the few that survived the initial waves were having none of it and took up arms... though they abided to the terminology out of fear of being cancelled or something.

GTA: San Andreas is kind of like that if you pretend Carl Johnson is white or atleast MAGA. He kills gangbangers, a couple of queers, drug dealers-- all protected classes by liberals.

That sounds like a great idea. I was kinda going for a shoot em up or a max carnage game like the old Doom or carmageddon games.

I liked Duke Nukem 3D. He used violence to solve everything and was a womanizer...and despite hundreds of hours of play I never became ultra-violent or a womanizer.

Imagine the video game reviewers critiquing Duke today...they would drive people to setting the whole game studio on fire and have the project leads doxxed and worse.

Their heads would explode for sure if they knew about duke nukem

I can imagine how much fun a based remake would be.

On steam in the Half Life 2 forums, I asked if they are giving the third game the LOU2 treatment. Thread might still be there. Check it out.

Alyx was awesome, at least. Valve doesn't have to kneel to corporate SJWism.

you've played the VR game?

I have heard nothing but rave reviews and as someone who loved HL2 and needs an excuse to buy a VR set it does seem intriguing.

Yes, and if that was the only VR game in existence, it would justify the headset for the custom maps alone. It's that good.

I wonder...if I were a game developer who owned a tiny studio that made a breakout hit, would social media force me to choose a side? The Indie scene already has pride month and fight-racism bundle deals.

Creative sectors of the tech industry are trashed. That's a lost platform now because the Left infects, spreads, and kills anything it touches.

Reminds me of when Amy Schumer's standup was so bad Netflix had to completely remove their rating systems lmao.

That was more because it was an unreleased title and you were essentially devaluing the product before it reached market. Its definitely Left wing propaganda designed to normalize radical behavior but the actual censorship was designed to protect the product they spent millions of dollars creating.

essentially devaluing the product before it reached market

The guy who took over the project did that himself.
