The rally served its purpose. It allows us to hear Trump's thoughts. It is now clear even if he has extended offer of support to local governments, he is ok with letting the Democrat cities continue their chaos. He emphasized that he is willing to clean up their shit, if they give him a call. That's the plan, we should stick to it.

Another purpose of rallies is for Trump to refine his political message by gauging which topics get overwhelming feedback from the crowd. He does this all the time.
