I had to make an account here tonight. I lurkered on Reddit from almost the beginning. I lurked here at .win after they forced us out. I'm not the only one; there are thousands of us. We have to be careful about social media. We have to be careful about what we say in social settings. We have to be careful about what we say at work. But we're out here, biting our tongue everyday.
You pedes that do the leg work are the tip of the spear. You're the voice that we can't have. Know that the lurkers are behind you 100% and come November, we will flood the voting booths without ever saying a word. It's going to take every single one of us. To me all current race issues can be traced to 2 sources, fear and ignorance.
Ignorance is what leads to media created and enforced stereotypes of both races and pushes people to make incorrect assumptions
Fear is what keeps people from forming bonds with members of another race.
In my opinion both sides need to make sacrifices and changes to fix the above issues is education and exposure. (So we need better education that promotes actual understanding between the races and not just “Whitey Bad”)
Another thing that needs to happen is a major culture shift
Blacks need to abandon the ghetto culture and embrace a more middle American culture (i.e. bring back the casual suits that people in the 50s and 60s wore for casual wear)
We should also decriminalize weed... maybe crack to if decriminalizing weed doesn’t work. I’m tired of seeing people having their lives ruined over a substance that is less deadly than either alcohol or tobacco.
We also need to fix the economy so that blue color jobs come back (Trump is already doing this)
Impoverished blacks can’t afford the degrees necessary to get white colored jobs and that’s why saying “just get a job” doesn’t work because they can’t afford to qualifications to get those jobs... but if we bring back the blue colored jobs we can begin the process of building generational wealth that whites have been doing for centuries.
For the record I do not believe in wealth redistribution. Merely wealth creation.

Very well written, I agree with most of what you wrote. Generational wealth is an area I need to do more research on - I really don't think it's a big issue for the vast majority of people, anecdotally, I don't know anybody who has benefited significantly from wealth being passed down from generation to generation.

Wealth isn't just monetary. Having a family that has seen the mountain top does (typically) make it easier for the next person. Obviously individual achievement matters but there is an inherent advantage to having family that has "been there" backing you.
Which is why Trump's approach of going all in on economic growth works. If you just focus on creating opportunity, a lot of societies issues just go away because it is in our basic human nature to try and succeed.

Soft drugs i.e NOT heroin, crack, meth aren't addictive within themselves. If someone gets addicted to weed, it's because they have underlying problems they are looking to avoid. People aren't addicted to drugs because they are having such an awesome time, people are addicted to drugs because they are avoiding a really bad one. If you've got big problems, doesn't matter what your poison is, you will become unproductive etc...

Colleges are diploma mills nowadays. Literally all you have to do to make 80k is get an undergrad in finance and then a 2 year masters in finance. 80k.
