I can only speak to the BOK center not being at capacity as I am in Tulsa. Local news was reporting that the screeners at the gates were no longer screening people who were trying to get in. Instead, the people trying to get in were being shuffled from gate to gate not realizing that screeners were also not at the opposite gates. It sounds like once Trump arrived, the screeners stopped working. I don't understand why. Local news said they heard several reports of this exact issue.
