Before Twitter appeared on the scene, everybody thought that XMPP based instant messaging was going to take over. That all the IM networks would implement compatibility with XMPP, interconnect with each other, and eventually, it would be an XMPP world full of choices . Just like with email and the web, you would be able to choose your IM provider, choose the server that you use, and everything would interconnect. In a world with thousands of IM servers communicating it would be almost impossible to block communications.
Patriots would unite and host plenty of servers to make this a success. 100 million is about half the adult population of the USA. Silent majority?
This is just some speculation and hope on my part reposted from other places but conveys my best guess for what Parscale may be talking about...
Project ODIN?
Brad Parscale hinted at it on Rudy’s show and the developer of 8kun has said that it’s ready but he will release it at the right time. So maybe they are working at it?
