Even if my ancestors owned slaves, that doesn't absolve the modern culture for being what it is. There is a reason black african immigrants have exactly zero problems in America while native black americans have problems in america. It isn't racism or they would both suffer from the same issues.
I always think it's kind of weird that the old "boy" term southerners used to use for blacks is so toxic--as it should be--but then calling me a "white boy" is fine. I've had that directed at me many times by blacks, sometimes in jest, but usually it's an insult. It's not a term of affection in the black community and anybody who says so is lying. The term itself is not a real big deal, but the general double standard that gives it life is.
I grew up with and hung around with black guys when I was younger. This was their go-to way of starting a fight when they wanted one. Other times they’d send their girl who would say “Did you just call me a BITCH!?!” or claim the other guy touched her ass.
Hood rats will be hood rats. All they understand is violence, which is why they need to be put down violently. My black friends who are highly educated would get associated with vermin like these and I just feel bad for them. They would probably be called Uncle Toms and get beat up by a bunch of hood rats screaming "nigga" too.
They also get bullied for being smart and hardworking. I feel awful for the young people that just want to rise above hood rat culture. They suffer abuse growing up.
If you are a black man or woman that grew up in a bad area and worked to better yourself, did good in school, got a job, maybe even started a business, you are very brave and I am very proud to be your countryman.
